Assisted in negotiation and closing of sale and credit facility exceeding $100 million. Successfully defended client from prosecution by United States Attorney's office for alleged violations of the clean water act, resulting in complete dismissal charges against client. Defended client against multiple poultry grower lawsuits. Successfully forced arbitration of claim by state Court and appealed multiple other denials of arbitration. Brought and successfully maintained jurisdiction of suit on behalf of injured Native Americans in Choctaw Tribal Court. The firm incorporates technology into all practice areas, including use of litigation management, case docketing, document management, imaging, and document assembly software in order to offer high quality work product in a timely manner and a competitive price. Currently the firm's work is concentrated in the areas of elder law, medicaid planning, estate planning, and business planning.
