He will be addressing health care professionals on legal elder care issues, including healthcare documents, Medicaid qualification, and Veterans Administration benefits.

Ronald Morton has been appointed to serve on the Board of Govornors of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys for a three year term ending 2011. The American Academy is a national organization of estate planning attorneys.

Ronald Morton has been recognized as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the American Elder Law Foundation. The CELA designation is limited to those attorneys who have sufficient practice experience in a broad range of elder law practice areas and have passes a peer review written examination. Currently there are only 392 CELA's nationally.
