Meet Elizabeth Whitaker

A. Elizabeth Whitaker began working for the Morton Law Firm, PLLC as a legal assistant in September of 2002 during her freshman year at Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. She graduated cum laude in 2006 from the School of Business at Mississippi College, and then completed the joint JD/MBA program at Mississippi College School of Law. Ms. Whitaker graduated in May of 2008 with her Juris Doctorate and Master’s in Business Administration. After graduating, she took and passed both the Mississippi and Tennessee Bar exams and is licensed to practice in both the Mississippi and Tennessee state courts.

Ms. Whitaker is now Of Counsel with the Morton Law Firm, PLLC and practices primarily in the areas of Estate Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships, and Estate Planning.

Ms. Whitaker is a native of Fayette County, Tennessee and currently resides in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
