Elizabeth Whitaker is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. She graduated cum laude from Mississippi College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and recieved both a Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration from Mississippi College in 2008. Elizabeth began working at the Morton Law Firm, PLLC in September of 2002.

Elizabeth practices primarily in the areas of Estate Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships, and Estate Planning. She currently resides in Jackson, Mississippi with her dog, Chester.
